Professor John LangmoreOn 9 September 2009, Professor John Langmore addressed Social Policy Connection on the causes of the current global financial crisis and the opportunities it created. His lecture was presented in sections: first, the causes; second, the consequences: third, emergency action; and fourth, the possibility of adoption of a new paradigm. His talk focused on the causes of the crisis in the United States and it effects on the Australia economy.
