Mikel Lezamiz is responsible for external education programs for the Mondragon Cooperative (MCC), the world’s largest worker cooperative, and Spain’s seventh largest company, employing more than 83,000 people in 256 companies. He has also been head of MCC’s Sociology Department since 1990, having started as a member-worker in the ALECOP students’ cooperative. As well as travelling the world to help people learn about Mondragon, he has written three books on the subject.
